Mr Sharma was very approachable and gave me information and confidence in the procedure I was about to undertake. I was a patient of Mr Sharma in the Spire Hospital Manchester for 4 nights and on each day he visited me at least once a day to monitor my progress. I was discharged with all the medication and dressings that I needed and returned home confident with a number to contact if I encountered any problems. I was very happy with all my treatment and post operative care by Mr Sharma. I would highly recommend Mr Sharma as a consultant.

Thoroughly professional in his consultation. Took time to explain his surgical approach, and safeguards. Explained the caveats and risks very clearly. Post operative recovery swift and uncomplicated due in no small part to his expertise in minimally invasive laparoscopic abdominal surgery. The patient [my wife] has great faith in him and our family owe him such a lot.

Mr. Sharma has a perfect bedside manner and instantly instills confidence in his diagnosis and proposed way forward.He has an extremely calm delivery and is a very attentive listener. He immediately puts you at ease and leaves you in no doubt of his expertise and complete faith in his judgement.Having met various members of his team there is little doubt they hold him in .the highest esteem, and the general feeling from a patients perspective is that you are in safe hands.A phone call to my wife to reassure her, a quick call into the ward again offering reassurance all adds up to the best of the best in the NHS. I have had operations in the past but this was the complete package from start to finish. working together with Helen Ashby I felt at ease and in very capable, professional hands. My wholehearted thanks go out to them ,their staff and the care provided at the hospital.
